A drain company that knows which house it is standing in
This is a drain cleaning business working Gardena and the South Bay around it — Athens, Harbor Gateway, Alondra Park, Carson and Compton. The work is residential: branches and main lines, kitchens, bathrooms, jetting and camera inspection.
It is organized around something the research for this market turned up and nobody local seems to say out loud: a large share of the drain advice reaching people here was written about basements, in places that have them. Gardena does not. So this site explains what changes on slab-on-grade — where the lowest fixture is, where the cleanout is, why the lateral under the concrete makes locating worth paying for, and why pouring something corrosive into a joint nobody can reach is a worse idea here than in the article recommending it.
- Drains and main lines only — no fixtures, heaters or repipes
- No restoration work of any kind
- We will not jet an under-slab line we have not seen inside first
- No price for a line job without establishing branch or main

On siteSurvey before any price is given
Four steps, no surprises
Your cleanout found and shown to you, and the real LA County figure rather than a $49 advert.
Call, and tell us what is affected
Which fixtures, and whether anything backs up at the lowest point in the house — which here is usually a shower or a tub, not a floor drain.
We find the cleanout
On slab construction the outside cleanout is the way in, and a surprising number of people have never been shown where theirs is.
The cheap answers first
If it is one slow fixture, we will tell you what to try before we come out — a plunger with the overflow blocked, or a hand snake past the trap.
Clear it, then say what caused it
A blockage cleared without a cause explained is one you will pay for again.
Five things worth asking, including of us
The first two cost nothing and settle most of it.
Do you know where my cleanout is
On slab construction that is the entire job.
Is that $49 price the price
It is a real price for a narrow job: a cable through an accessible cleanout, close to the blockage.
Did they establish branch or main…
One blocked fixture and one blocked building are different jobs at different prices. The question takes thirty seconds.
Do they know what the pipe is made of
Clay, cast iron, ABS or PVC. It decides whether jetting is safe and at what pressure, and across these six places the answer changes by decades.
